  • Signers must be 18 years of age or older

  • Access to a smartphone or computer with audio/camera capabilities

  • Be present during the time of signing/notarization

  • Valid Driver’s License or acceptable form of ID

  • Ability to scan and email us your document

  • Please note that the use of Google Chrome or Firefox internet browsers provide optimal results during session

How the Remote Online Notarization Works

  • Schedule your appointment

  • Upload your documents to our secure portal

  • After your notary appointment is confirmed, you will receive an invitation via email or text

  • Complete issued instructions

  • Review and authorize payment

  • Connect with Notary and your document will be notarized

  • Upon completion of the notarial session your documents will be emailed to you
